1. Our company is European. All payments goes to the company directly in Europe (in most cases). If you have a local bank account set up in your country - then this is a real big bonus so appreciate it.

2. Sending money or even withdrawing money have fees. As all financial transaction have fees. Please understand that this is normal.

3. There are plenty of payment options and they are all available in your back office. To name a few, we have Bank Transfer, payment by Bitcoin and other online payment methods. When you process, you will see the overall total which will include the transaction fees.

4. Customer Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please do not hesitate to contact them for all matters - good or bad. Documenting matters in this manner is good and you will always get a reliable answer directly from the company.

5. International Clients and Business Partners understand the requirement. As we continue to develop our own business, please understand that you need to be open and be forward in learning A to Z including AA to ZZ up to Infinity.
